Read the lyrics
[Verse] I typed three letters, watched it change, The whole first page began to rearrange. Before my finger found the key, Somebody booked a funeral for me. The boss walked in: “Have you seen? The future’s moving on the screen.” I said, “That’s quite a thing to see. Now, did that customer find me?” [Chorus] Instant death! Stop the press! Another headline, more or less. The page moved fast, the panic spread— The search got quicker. We weren’t dead. [Verse] By seventeen, the show was through. The curtain fell on Instant, too. We kept the lights on in the shop, And watched another coffin drop. [Final chorus] Instant death! Stop the press! Put that theory with the rest. We sent some flowers, bowed our heads— The thing that killed us went instead.
Coroner’s report

Instant itself was removed in 2017. The alleged killer went first.

The evidence: Google Instant retired July 26, 2017.
